Setup and how to play
The Fire Puzzle
A 30-piece flame puzzle, about 14 by 8 inches. Here's how to set it up and play it solo, head to head or as a team.
What's in the box
- 30 double-sided flame pieces in your color
- Wooden display base and frame (with the Pieces & base kit)
Setup
-
Lay out the pieces
Unbag the pieces on a flat table and spread them out so none overlap.
-
Stand up the base
If you have the display base, stand it on the table in front of you. The flame builds up from the bottom of the frame.
-
Mix them up
Scramble the pieces before every round so nobody gets a head start. Every piece is printed on both sides, so either face can go up.
How to play
Solo against the clock
Start a timer, build the whole flame, and stop the clock when the last piece is in. Write your time down and try to beat it next round.
Head to head
With two puzzles, set them side by side, count down from three and race. First complete flame wins, just like a final immunity puzzle.
Party or team relay
Make it the last station of your own challenge course: teams run the course, and the first team to finish the flame wins immunity.

Where this challenge comes from
This is a replica of the flame puzzle that finished the final immunity obstacle course on Survivor 48 (Episode 13). Ours is a tabletop size so you can play it at home.
