Shipping policy

Made to order

Every puzzle and challenge is made to order in our South Carolina workshop. Most items ship within 3 to 5 business days; larger builds such as the Simmotion Mini take 1 to 4 weeks. Each product page shows its own time next to the Add to cart button.

Shipping in the US

Orders of $35 or more ship free. Smaller orders ship at a flat rate by weight, shown at checkout before you pay. We email a tracking number when your order ships.

International

We ship to many countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes, if any, are set by your country and paid on delivery.

Missing or damaged pieces

Pieces are small and things happen in shipping. Tell us what's missing and we'll send a replacement. No need to send anything back.
