Setup and how to play
The Plank Puzzle
A plank puzzle, about 8 by 6 inches, with 20 pieces that slide into a wooden frame. Here's how to set it up and play it solo, head to head or as a team.
What's in the box
- 20 acrylic planks
- Stained birch wood frame
- Linen bag to keep the pieces in
Setup
-
Set out the frame
Lay the wooden frame flat on the table in front of you with the open slots facing up.
-
Lay out the planks
Empty the linen bag and spread all 20 planks out beside the frame so none overlap.
-
Mix them up
Shuffle the planks and turn a few around before every round so nobody gets a head start.
How to play
Solo against the clock
Start a timer, slide every plank into place, and stop the clock when the picture is whole. Try to beat your time next round.
Head to head
With two puzzles, set them side by side, count down from three and race. First finished picture wins.
Party or team relay
Play in pairs: two teammates share one frame, and the fastest pair to finish wins immunity.
