You provide a logo for this a custom recreation/replica of the 4x4 Survivor slider puzzle. It is approximately 24-inch x 16-inch with 15 pieces. The goal is to slide the puzzle until the logo is complete. The base and pieces are made from 1/4" HDF and the pieces are laminated for durability. The puzzle pieces comes in a jute bag that can hold the pieces when you aren't playing.
